Prevatt(e ) Historical Society Scholarship

The Society created a scholarship fund in the year 2000. The purpose of the scholarship is to help students further their education in pursuit of knowledge. Each year a scholarship is made available to a graduating high school student. The scholarship is presented at the Society's Annual Meeting. Applications are made available after September 1st of each year. Completed applications must be submitted before March 1st. Interested students may request an application from the Scholarship Committee by writing:

Lauren Mikala Prevatte -- Wilmington, NC -- She will be attending North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Gerald Patrick Prevatte.
